Dance in Queens: Dance Residency Summer 2003

 

TOPAZ ARTS and Queens Museum of Art announce a summer dance residency project in Queens. This new partnership celebrates the diversity of dance forms and encourages the creative process by offering selected choreographers the opportunity to rehearse and perform in the galleries of the Queens Museum of Art.

Four choreographers-Dance artists from all five boroughs of New York City will be selected for a 5-week dance residency to take place Summer 2003. . Each residency concludes with weekend performances at the Queens Museum of Art as part of the Queens International world music, dance, and film program.
