Soichiro Migita is a sound designer, mixing/recording engineer, composer and music supervisor for Film.  Born and grew up in Tokyo, Japan, he graduated from Purchase College, State University of New York (cum laude 2004). Since arriving New York in 2005, he has been working with artists such as Shonosuke Okura (Japanese Noh drum artist ? Fashion show 2002) and Yasuko Yokoshi (director/choreographer/dancer-2005) In 2006 he received the Sound Design Award at First Run Film Festival-"Onnazuri or Men, Women and Capitalism".  Now he studies mixing and recording engineering under John Kilgore, who has been engineer Steve Reich works over 20years, and also collaborates young talented Film Makers, Musicians, Photographers and Dance performers in New York City.
